Herve Chapellat’s professional career combines 14 years of progressive growth in the corporate world at Schlumberger and 14 years of an entrepreneurial venture.

Herve started as a Senior Research and Development Engineer in Schlumberger Oilfield Services in 1990 and grew to various senior level management positions in the Schlumberger Group, including Vice President Asia for Schlumberger Network Solutions and General Manager for Technology for SchlumbergerSema, in a career that spanned 14 years.

In 2004, following the sale of SchlumbergerSema to Atos Origin, he co-founded Techcess Group, an Information Technology Outsourcing firm, focused on delivering IT and Cloud services to Small and Mid-Sized Businesses (SMBs). The vision of Techcess Group was to bring Enterprise level IT services and technological innovations to SMBs. This approach was embraced by the market and the company grew quickly and significantly. In March 2015, the Company was acquired by Konica Minolta and Herve spent the following 15 months helping Konica Minolta to ensure a smooth and professional transition, ending his tenure at Konica Minolta on June 30th, 2016.

In 2018, Herve became the co-founder of Techcess CyberSecurity Group. A company that provides Managed IT Cyber Security Services to Small and Mid-Sized Businesses (SMBs). Our vision is to drastically improve the level of Cyber Security protection for SMBs by providing them with 24×7 Cyber Security Monitoring Services that, until now, have only been available to the corporate world.

Herve received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 1990 from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and received two Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering (Texas A&M University) and in Telecommunications (Telecom ParisTech, France).
